appscreeny helps users create App Store screenshot assets, app screens, and launch graphics. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and how to contact us.
Information we process
- Account information, such as email address and authentication identifiers, when you sign in.
- Editable project data, including project names, selected devices, text layers, background settings, canvas settings, stickers, and layer ordering.
- User-provided images or screenshots that you add to projects or upload for sync.
- Purchase and entitlement status needed to unlock paid features and prevent project-credit abuse.
- AI prompts, screenshot analysis inputs, and generated outputs when you use AI design features.
- Support messages and diagnostic details you choose to send us.
- Website analytics data collected through Google Analytics, such as page views, device/browser information, approximate location, and referral source.
How we use information
We use information to provide editing, project sync, account recovery, exports, purchases, AI generation, security, customer support, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
Service providers
appscreeny may use service providers including Supabase for account and project sync, RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management, Cloudflare for routing, proxying, and security, Google Gemini for AI generation, Google Analytics for website analytics, and Apple for App Store downloads and in-app purchases.
Your content
You own the screenshots, text, images, stickers, and exported assets you create. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by you before commercial use.
Data retention and deletion
Project and account data may remain stored while your account is active or as needed to provide sync, restore, purchase, compliance, security, and support features. You can request deletion by contacting support.
Children
appscreeny is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We rely on provider safeguards and security controls to protect information as it is processed.
